I came out of the cotton fields in Texas and first came here in 1933. I am Blind Arvella Gray's sister. I used to shakes the cup for Arvella. He taught me how to play. Memphis Minnie put me on the track to sing. The Market gives people the message to go out on their own. When it closes, it's going to close up and run down a lot of people. This helps me pay my utility bills.
