Dear Chancellor Broski:
As a lover of music I would like to tell you what a big mistake I think you are making by destroying this very important site. This area is a cornerstone in the building of our modern popular music. Can't you please find a way to preserve this small area for it's historical importance? I hope that something is done before it's too late.
